Once you download the application, fill it out and fax it back to us with a copy of your Cosmetology License & Driver’s License. Once we receive your application, one of our representatives will contact you to finalize your application. Please allow 2 weeks to process your application. Wholesale costs are 10% - 20% off of online retail costs. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
